Football Tournament for children from 2007/2008 age group for Cup of Director of the The Fryderyk Chopin School Complex in Sochaczew took place on April 24th. Among the competing teams there was also representation of Baranów Municipality, especially team of Municipal Sports Club Orion Cegłów whose coach is Mr. Mariusz Żaczkiewicz - Director of LOG-NET Warsaw. We are pleased to inform that boys from Orion team became autors of a great surprise by taking the second place in general classification of tournament. Orion Cegłów team competed in the tournament group B. Our players stormed off group phase of the tournament taking the second place in their group and providing promotion to medal zone. It was the success in group phase that caused that from the role of doomed to be devoured by prestigious teams our players quickly became a "dark horse" of competition, arousing respect and sports recognition among more successful teams. We didn’t have to wait for success for a long time! CONGRATULATIONS!
